Il tuo metodo \u00e8 sia simile al mio per quanto riguarda il passaggio nel microonde. Puoi provare a secco per vedere se c\u0027\u00e8 la differenza. L\u0027aggiunta dell\u0027alga kombu, delle mandorle, del calcio e dell\u0027avena \u00e8 una variante per arricchirlo di minerali e vitamine. per un periodo l\u0027ho fatto con le mandorle, e anche con l\u0027alga kombu, ma quest\u0027ultima, in ammollo con la soia, la frullavo.
