Types Of Coupling
1. Beam Coupling

5. Disc Coupling

A disc coupling by definition, transfers torque from a driven to shaft or bolt that is driven directly around a common bolt circle. The torque is transferred between bolts via a set of stainless steel thin discs that are arranged in a pack. The misalignment occurs by deforming the material that is between the bolts.
